The Master Plan

This Real Estate market just continues to surprise everyone! First, homes were under bidding wars, flying off the market in just a few days and selling for way over asking. Then homes were staying on the market, and buying power was down. Now there is a vast amount of homes for sale, and the prices continue to drop! More homes are on the market for sale now than there have been in three years. The average cost of a home is down, interest rates remain high, and houses are taking longer to sell. It is safe to say that the Feds plan is working. This pattern isn’t only happening in Colorado either. Agents from all parts of the country see the same market as we are here.
