Inflation.. Gas Prices?

Can the tragic events in Ukraine-Russia take a toll on inflation here in the U.S? The answer is yes. Inflation has already been at an all time high for some time, and with the current events oil prices have gone up above $100 for the first time since 2014. If the invasion should proceed oil prices will have an influx of 20%, making the cost of one barrel of oil $120, and this may be only the start. This would result in higher gas prices, cost of homes, food and more. If you have been to the pump lately, you have seen this increase already. When the cost of oil goes up everything else does too. The cost of home building will go up as the import prices will increase due to transportation, and the operate machinery. The cost of you everyday hold house items and food as well, all due to the increase in cost to transport the goods. Typically, we see lower cost of oil in the winter and prices rise in the summer, how do you feel about seeing this increase now?
